They've just had the draw on Sky Sports News for the next Prizefighter on October 9th with Evander Holyfield. He looked thrilled to be there.

    Michael Holden v Kevin McBride
    Wildcard v Carl Baker
    Michael Sprott v Danny Hughes
    Matt Skelton v Ali Adams

One space to be filled with a wildcard.

How amateur was that set up?!

And why the **** do so many crap fighters get chances in more than one prizefighter? I bet "the fridge" is in the next 5.

Nothing beats Tyson and Barry Hearn doing the last heavyweight one in a Vegas hotel room. That was brilliant.

I guess there is a bit of a 'ooooo' factor with Kevin McBride, but that's about it. Holden has fought once in seven years, Hughes, Sprott and Baker were in the last one and I've never heard of Ali Adams. At least Skelton's there:D

****ing epic line up once again. I can not see me missing this unfortunetly...being starved of boxing for so long means I am actually looking forward to this prizefighter...it would be nice if the wildcard was a decent not past it fighter.

Ring legend Evander Holyfield helped out with the draw for the next edition of Prizefighter that sees the heavyweights take centre stage again.

Kevin McBride, Matt Skelton and Michael Sprott will all be taking part in the next edition of the series on October 9 at the York Hall.

There is still one place left open in the eight-man field for Prizefighter Heavyweights IV, with a wildcard to be added at a later date.

McBride - nicknamed 'The Clones Colossus' and the last man to beat Mike Tyson - will kick things off in Bethnal Green against Michael Holden.

    Sprott returns

Sprott will be back in the ring for the first time since he lost out to Audley Harrison, the winner of Prizefighter Heavyweights III, in his bid to win the vacant European title last year.

The 35-year-old from Reading will take on Danny Hughes before Skelton completes the quarter-final stage with a fight against Ali Adams.

The second contest will see Carl Baker - the conqueror of Danny Williams in the last Prizefighter - take on the as-yet unknown wildcard.

Holyfield admitted the three-round format to the tournament meant the fans can expect to see some fireworks from the very first bell.

"When you have three rounds you don't have time to try and extend the game - you can just go out and give your best. It is almost like an amateur (fight)," the four-time world champion said.

Favourite has to be Skelton despite how shot he seems to have become after Rogan

My sources on the inside say the wildcard is David Haye.

I imagine the wild card will be one of......

    McDermott
    Dallas
    Larry O
Towers (This is who I think will end up in there)

Skelton has no timing anymore so won't win this IMO.

Has McBride got any form recently?

No doubt Sky will market him as the ''Tyson Conqueror''

Skelton probably shouldn't be in it.... I've got a feeling Sprott might win this.
