    Of course the cumulative stats aren't by themselves a guideline for scoring, just one tool to use. Those punches were fairly evenly distributed between the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. In no round do I think Sosnowski landed more - all three probably favored Johnson by a couple. He also had the better quality...although there was precious little quality in the fight.

    I brought up the final stats to make the simple point that unlike in Sosnowski vs. Harris, his supporters couldn't point to his superior work rate or # of shots landed to suggest that his deplorable quality was offset enough to award him rounds. :good
