Big flurry by Anwar, putting Morrison back to the ropes and rocked off balance. Morrison tumbles face first to the ground, slip. They exchange toe to toe, good action. Anwar landed a hook but ate one coming back and quickly backs out of the pocket. Morrison is loading up some big right hands over the top and giving chase. Anwar jumps in with a hook-2 and then falls in behind it to grab. Anwar runs off to his right and floats out his weak left jab to the widow's peak. Anwar eats a jab while lingering too long in one spot before springing off to his left. Anwar is dancing around in wide circles up on his toes, arms down at his sides. NICE hook and right hand by Morrison catching Anwar circling close. Combo by Anwar stepping inside, ducking under and threading through Morrison's straight shots and landing slaps with both hands. Again Morrison goes down, but not a knockdown. Anwar shoved him down. Lunging jab by Morrison, just nicks Anwar.

Morrison gave a good account of himself in rounds 2 & 3, but Anwar just had too much youth & energy and too much athleticism & awkwardness for him, and he was too unable to pull the trigger at the proper moments.

Expect a Bradley vs. Casamayor type performance...except shorter and at a lower level of skill & experience.
