Purdy has pulled out, reckon he bottled it when he saw the quality line up.

Will be replaced by the winner of Michael Grant vs Steve Williams for the English title will go in and replace him.

Dunno - but I've got tickets.

Winning will not necessarily make them the best fighter of the lot though.

He's had a very bizarre career. What annoys me about Rees is that he never really gave himself a chance to achieve as much as he could.

He's still several weight divisions higher than he should be. He takes a pummeling at light welter because his movement is pretty shocking. He's too short, can't cut off the ring and his bravery is a downfall.

David Barnes is my pick. He's the classiest operator of the lot, I still think skills pay the bills even in this format. People give you chances.

    Only problem is his inactivity.

An on form Lynes would be the obvious betting favourite..... but to me he isn't the same since the loss to Branco.

Quit against McCloskey.... lost controversially to M'Baye.

He will have regrets at the end of his career, should have beaten Witter also.

Lynes has no heart when things get hot. Can't see him thriving under this format.

Lynes loses the first round who ever he faces.
