Your forgetting he got sparked by Lee, regardless how the fight was going he still lost.

Close fights with Boone and Perez..can you explain what happened there Billy?

Mcewan is a solid fighter, but if you didn't train him you wouldn't give him such praise.

I don't see why your getting on Billy's case. Giving him stick for giving someone else stick is double standards. TFFP can just give him some stick back and I'm sure he probably will:yep

if darnell boone was in this prizefighter he would be favourite or second favourite behind McEwan, thats a fact, ask andre ward or adonis stevenson or countless fighters whose only loss on their record is to darnell boone.

He should if talent is anything to go by but as we've seen many times luck in Prizefighter is much needed. I really hope he boxes the head off his 3 opponents(luck permitting) so he gets the respect he deserves. I'm sure there are more knowledgeable boxing fans out there but I'll say one thing, never seen anything as amazing in boxing as Craig fighting on the first live show I've ever seen, was an amateur bout but nothing I've seen has matched it, underrated talent who with the right motivation and guidance could've made it to the top. Realistically now European with a possible effort at a lower world title is best he can do, Prizefighter win is a must though.

I assure you he's better than domestic level and with the fullest of respect I think I should know better than yourself, two of the so called top middle weights in the uk have already avoided craig,IMO if a rematch with Andy lee was made craig would win easily !he was getting coached in the wild card gym for that one and getting left to his own devices basically, that's how he gassed (only reason for defeat).
Should craig win prizefighter I'm sure some form of title will follow, the public will love the skill factor he is very very clever in between the ropes.

Why should you know better then me? You said Paul Appleby was the best in Britain at Super-Feather by a distance before the Walsh fight, you also said he would win a European title, that got proved wrong.

So everyone is ducking Craig? :rofl :patsch

The guy that recently lost two on the bounce and has NO fan base? Yeah Billy sure :nut

Billy will always back his fighters but you can read between the lines with what he says and he really believes what he says about Craig, that said he obviously believed it with Appleby too, think a few of us did. I really believe that if Craig can get through Prizefighter then he can still push on and get a decent run, just needs that luck I keep talking about. I understand why you think how you do about him, people make excuses for anything but he was pretty much left to train himself for years, not good when you're known to be lazy on the training side. He's corrected that side of things so we'll see how he looks on Sat, hopefully I don't look like a dick this time next week:lol:

Nah, just couldn't afford to when I did the sums, too much on last/next few weeks. You going? Bout 8/10 of my mates heading down so Craig must've sold not too bad an amount considering it's in London.

I couldn't give a toss who wins it? Too be quite blunt, its a ****ing disgrace to the sport of boxing.

Its safe to say I won't be watching, I will be busy counting how many grains of rice are in a 500g bag, it's much more entertaining.

Everybody in that gym seems to get left to their own devices. Or is that just the excuse they use when they loose or perform badly? I'm sure I've heard it somewhere else? Nobody points the finger at number 1 at that gym.

Wouldn't worry BA, he's played the "I know better than you" card now. It was coming.

Billy said previously that he's seen some **** on here, and that I'm the champ. :good Then just a day later.....the Walsh fight is announced, yet I was "chatting ****" thinking a Mitchell rematch or John Murray or Katsidis rematch fight could be next for Ricky.....they were all better fights

Well, after reading some of that last post Bill, your the number 1 contender to challenge.

I cant see how anyon can say McEwan is not the best in this prizefighter. look at Darnell Boone he never fighs anyon easy. Look at all his opponents. The guy is a tough tough guy and would maul all the guys in prizefighters next week but he never mauled craiyg. and look at the dany perez fight on youtube he is awesome fighter, hard as nales, and mcewan justs stands and trades and never steps back so that shows he can fight any stile. Fair play to the ones who are in prizefiter next week but McEwan would beat all of them in a proper bout.

I'm leaving my judgement of Craig on the back burner, seen his fights and have noted some good skills, he should be a boxer/puncher but at times he just forgets to use his skills properly as well as gassing, maybe he was left to his own devices maybe not, we`ll see in time
