Johnson is puzzling. He had the capabilities to beat Hamer handily IMO. His workrate is poor and a lack of desire is holding him back. Fair shout to Hamer though. He wants to win and works hard. I admire him for the way he went out and demolished Dallas. He deserved to win the tournament, even though I had 100 on Johnson to win lol.
I put some money on Hamer and I'm glad it paid off. As I suspected, Johnson is too inactive for this sort of format and a fighter who is nowhere near as skilled can steal rounds and beat him.
Although it would cause more tricky judging it would be better if Prizefighter had four rounds per fight- the format currently does seem a bit stale.
Sorry but can't help but :rofl:rofl. Done something stupid like this a long, long time ago with a free bet.
Just watched it, was a bit cringy at the end with Hamer, but I suppose he wasnt going to toe the party line and rave about the things it would do for his career, as an American he supposes that it means jack **** in his home country and he'd get little credit for the win and thats probably true
Larry Ekundayo fought before the start of Prizefighter (not sure if it was televised or not) - what do you all think of him? I thought he looked pretty good, albeit slightly short on power?
