I think he's too stuck in his ways and doesn't always appreciate that aspect of the tournament. I wouldn't mind having someone with more recent amateur experience or more familar with amateur boxing calling these events.

 

You get the impression with Jim when he's criticising that he reckons he could get in there and do a better job, but he does know his stuff old jim.
