Pearce is dropped by a big right hand, and complain on the rise that it was to the back of the head. Will need to see a replay. Officially ruled, so moot. Foot jumps on him, and gets smothered. Left stiff-arm to the stomach by Pearce. Foot hooks away, building steam. Pearce is rocked by a curving right. They hold and spin, and Pearce tumbles to the mat and lays there a moment. No knockdown, but Pearce is knackered. Foot jumps on him and unloads. Waved off.

Round 3

Thompson is keeping his right hand holstered, which Watt comments on. He has been throughout, actually. All jabs by Thompson. Maybe it got hurt against Hunt. Evans is bouncing around him and diving in with chop-chop combos. Thompson begins to grow desperate around the halfway mark, and reluctantly tosses the right overhead. Combinations finally from Thompson. Evans is rocked back, head turned by shots! Thompson is loading up. Big uppercuts!! Can he pull it off in the final minute? Evans eats some more, but scoots out and doubles a jab. Evans is fighting like he knows he's got a lead secured. Thompson is looking to get him out of there. Time is running out. Big shots by Thompson.

What? The card? Yeah, one of the best of these in some time. Get in.

 

Round 1

Gaynor is trying to duck to the side with his arms up and look for his hooks. Foot starts to drop arms on him, swinging heavily. Gaynor wobbles a bit, but starts to slip and weave effectively while crouching and moving laterally with a high guard. Gaynor's defense is adequate but Foot is completely dominating in output and stunning Gaynor now and then. There's a counter jab by Gaynor. Foot keeps slamming with the right over the top. Gaynor presses in and shoves out with his elbows. Foot keeps applying pressure and doubles a hook from body to head. Gaynor backs up and blocks, unable to pull the trigger on any counters before Foot is raining down on him again. Gaynor is cracked with a right. Foot misses and pulls straight back eating a Gaynor 1-2. Foot resumes pressing with jabs and rights. FLUSH left hook by Foot. Gaynor sways, and holds.
