Anyone looking forward to the Prizefighter on Saturday?
I know it isn't everyone's cup of tea but for me it is an entertaining night of " boxing" and I enjoy having small bet to add a bit of drama to the night.
Prizefighter is fun and should be seen as nothing else.
Anyone else looking forward to it and who do you fancy to take the prize?
I'm going for Johnny " The Pexican" Garton:bbb:bbb:happy

No i'm not a fan of Prizefighter tbh. Don't get me wrong we've had a few good ones in the past, but it's got very tired now.
I suppose their easy to put together for Hearn and it gets another one of his sky dates out of the way.

Not a fan of cartoon boxing at all and won't bother watching this gash.

I get on the phone to Sky every Monday complaining about the lack of decent boxing and the extra PPV dosh requested for Froch v Groves.

If everybody inundated them with complaints then it would change.

I fancy sam eggington to win this only lost once and that was in the last welter pf to evans. Since then won mids area title and a final eliminator for english title.

My moneys on Paddy Gallagher. He's looked impressive albeit against limited opposition in his short career so far. Also think his style is very well suited to the prizefighter format, he's a very strong come forward fighter, throws nice combinations and has good power aswell.

I don't mind prizefighter when it's back to the original format. Giving similar level guys an opportunity. Usually get some action packed fights.

It's better than when they roll out a shot James Toney that it becomes a farce.

Nothing changes unless we complain mate and we are all entitled to our opinion on whether we are receiving value for money.

The boxing product is very poor and can you imagine the uproar from fans of other sports if the FA Cup final or the Ryder Cup etc was PPV.

but ppv provides fighters like groves and many others to earn a decent wage he would get aroud £400k less for challenging if the fight was nt on ppv and surely if you was a fighter you would go for the £££ its a short high risk career so good luk to them and if the fight is ppv worthy like froch groves is then i have no issue in paying a silly £17 for it,

Were already paying for Sky sports, so we shouldn't have to pay a further silly £17.
Anyway i thought you streamed the fights?
