Pro boxers...No amatuer experience

    yup pretty much

    his throwback grit and love for a good scrap is what got him to the top, he gave Randy Caballero a better fight than most people predicted, including Caballero. But at the weigh in when they literally bumped heads and looked into eachothers eyes, Goldenboy Randy nodded his head as if to aknowledge that he realised he was up against a true hard guy, amateur career or not

    Carl Thompson had little or no amateur experience but Scott Quigg won a junior aba title and boxed as a senior too.

    Lots of Central American fighters dont have much in the way of amateur experience as the tend to go pro quite young and learn on the job

    Salvador Sanchez apparently only fought 4 amateur bouts.

    Sonny Liston , he had only a few months boxed and Win Golden Gloves tournament , beating Olympic Gold Medal champion Ed Sanders and then went to the pros

    Although he has started Boxing in prison but this is not accepted amateur record
    so he has just under 10 Amateur Fights.

    I've read he had like 20 amateur bouts before turning pro at 15
