Probably an old one, but how did you score Hopkins vs Wright?

Watched the fight again for the 1st time since I watched it live on t.v. My opinion seemed to vary from the judges scoring. I thought Hopkins won it, but thought it was only by a couple of points at most. Wright seemed to press the action, in what I thought was a good competitive fight.
How did you score it/what did you think?

Had a draw. Neither was able to land something cleanly but I do give props to Bernard for completely nullifying Winky's jabs. Scorecards were too damn wide if my memory serves me right.

    **** fight.

I had it even after 8, Hopkins took the last 4.

If Wright had come in shape he might have beat Hopkins, but instead chose to eat his way up to 170.

It was a shitfest of a fight, I thought it was going to bring the best of the sweet science but it was just holding, jabbing and headbutts.

When I scored it live, I had it 8-4 for Winky but im not going to defend it. Could of gone either way i suppose, but no way will I even consider rewatching it again.

I don't agree, I think that was an enjoyable fight. Many people said before it is going to be boring, but it was not. I scored it a draw, but according to CompuBox Wright was more effective.

I liked the fight, a very sloppy fight but a good fight. I had Hopkins winning by 1 or 2 rounds most.

The fight was alright. Could've been better but I thought Hopkins won by maybe a few points.

I wouldnt watch it again..To tell you the truth I never scored it but it was pretty close IMO.

Thought Winky outlanded Nard for the most part and was more consistent.

Nothing controversial..If I had to pick a winner I would probably say Nard at a glance when I was watching it but If you scored that 117-111 for Hopkins you were looking to score it for Hopkins before the first bell.

Scores were too wide, IMO. I had it it for Winky by a point, could have gone either way. (I think that's what everyone else had said...go figure)

I think the majority feel that Hopkins won this fight (myself included) but if the decision had of gone against Hopkins (as some feel Winky won) it would have been a loss to a naturally smaller fighter, and Hopkins probably wouldnt be #1 rated LHW and his record from his 1st loss to Taylor up to now wouldve become 3 wins - 4 losses.
I think Hopkins went after Winky as he had lost twice to Taylor, where Winky had drawn with Taylor, so it was in a way a kind of redeeming win for Hopkins
