I think this is smoke and mirrors , yeah the Ruiz fight has to go ahead ( many woyld sya thats bad enough !! ) but I'm pretty confident we'll see Haye in with one of the Brothers K in 2010. The Valuev rematch seems unlikely depsite what Sauerland are saying.

Right lets ignore 99% of the jealous US posters on this thread and state that Haye's sole ambition is to fight one of the Klit bros in 2010. FFS the guy wants that fight more than anything else.....

Haye would take on the Klitschko's asap given the chance, but unfortunately that's not the way boxing seems to work :|

Where did you here that Sauerland want to take their rematch option?

The Klitschkos wanted Haye to sign a contract stipulating that if he beat the first Klit he had to fight the other, then if he beat them both he had to rematch them both (4 fights in total), that's how scared the Klits are of Haye!!! :hey That's hardly the same as signing one rematch clause with Valuev, which I personally can't see him taking unless it's just for the wonga $£€$£€$£€'s

I think that there's still a decent chance of unification. If these guys want it then they can make it happen - step-aside money and promise of a fight against the unified champion could be a very strong motivating factor in negotiations. That said, I'm not convinced that anyone really wants to fight the Klitschkos with the exception of maybe Haye.

Holy F*ck -- the whole point of being happy Haye won was to get rid of Valuev.

This is like Dawson-Tarver II. What a bunch of crap.

Again, proof of hat you say or it is bollocks. Until then the Klitschko contracts are neither better or worse that the sauerland contract, yet Haye chickened out of two Klitschko fights...

Source? From what I heard there was a 2 'rematch' clause - one fight against the bigger (or older) brother and then a real rematch. Again, this is what I heard, never read a reliable source that confirmed this rematch clause.
Now, Haye has to face Jawny Ruiz and then a rematch with Valuev - there's no big difference really

Team Sauerland statement, ESB front page.

I seriously doubt that Haye has an interest in facing the Klitschkos.

Like I and others told you people months ago Haye is going to be stuck fighting Ruiz (boring fight) rematch with Valuev (nobody wants to watch that again it was awful) then if he gets past those 2 Chagaev is on the horizon.

Some excitement David Haye is bringing. Hopefully he won't run from Ruiz like he did Valuev either way it is going to be a boring awful fight that nobody outside of the UK wants to see Ruiz might have 5 fans total.

    Cheers

    :patsch
That's just wishful thinking from you Hayters :deal

Do you really think Haye spent a year calling out, stalking and negotiating to fight the Klitschkos with no interest in fighting them?? If so you're not definately not the brightest spark in the firework! :deal

Haye's been matched aggressively from the start of his career and has repeatedly stated that his ultimate goal is to unify the division, why anyone would think that this has all just been an elaborate charade is way beyond my comprehension :deal

The Klits will get what's coming to them once they're prepared to negotiate realistically, which may be never going on the last negotiations with them that were held :deal
