    I do wonder how the next star is made. I don't think it will be dazn. BT haven't really made one big name that hasn't been on sky.

    If I was a talented kid sky still feels like the best option if trying to get a following.

    Warrington sticks on his Leeds shirt and job done with arena filled but the card was not great last night with the Ebanie fight a very poor chief support.

    When Earn roared GAME CHANGED due to huge new budget - he needs to deliver mate.

    We are getting the same old shyte on a different platform with a 60 sec to 90 sec delay - the only difference is 27 mugths are subscribing to watch it.

    Sky Sports will only be challenged by Probellum - Frank is not going to do it and Matchroom are fading into obscurity with each passing month.

    Boxxer / Sky Sports have big signings on the way and for them it is only going forward, while I agree that Matchroom UK is not exactly flying at the moment. The undercard last night was not very good.

    Hopefully, the increased competition may force the boxing promoters to raise the quality of their boxing events. That would be good for boxing fans as there are too many indifferent fights today.

    Don’t think we’ll have another spell like 2014-19ish for a while. Froch, Groves, Brook, Crolla, Joshua, Campbell, Frampton, even Bellew. All gone or almost gone.

    The doubling of viewers from Friday to Saturday is great news for Probellum as word will spread and spread that free boxing is on Eurosport with cards every bit as good as Queensbury and Matchroom.

    Any figure from DAZN UK of the number of subscribers paying a monthly sub in March 2022?

    Cannot be too hard to provide this information which should be on tap for any transparent business.

    Sky sports and the commercial machine they are with the masses won’t be rivalled by anyone.

    Hearn thought it was him and Matchroom. It never was. It is the Sky platform.
