    Hello.

I am writing, not my husband, his English is very bad.
He has a problem, he has a question over.
His trainer told him to gain weight, to be 72.6 kg for boxing, 76 kg before.
He is 72kg before, 69.9 kg for now.
He does not like this change.
He thinks that this kg will not help him be any stronger.
He is 37-0-0 with 35 KO.
He wants to be IBF when he is 21.
He wants to go to 2012 Olympics.
He is 188 cm with 200 cm hands to hands.
He likes this and thinks being more kg will make him lose this.
He wants to know if this is right.

These pictures are before last boxing, three weeks ago, 69.8 kg.
    He was 72.4 kg during.
He does not do this, but to see if he could lose the kg and gain it.

Added muscle takes time to develope naturally or it will sit on his body and just slow his tools down.. Its all about how he feels naturally, if he is strong at his current weight , why would he need to add weight for the sake of it.. Rule Number 1 is to be as strong as you can without draining your body to make a division that is suited the lowest for you to fight at comfortably.. the lower the division, the easier the fights will be for your guy because of power / strength per pound.. never just jump weight to appear larger or fight as a bigger man for the hell of it.. Trust me, if you go from boxing at cruiserweight for example , to boxing at heavyweight , the power difference (punishment wise) is phoenomenal...........

Let me analyze this. He wants to be IBF champ by 21???? But he wants to go to the olimpics in 2012?????? And he is already married?????? How old is he??? 16????????
    I really doubt it!!!!!

For now just fight in the lowest weight class he can make without killing himself. What he needs to do is get his head together and decide what the hell he wants to do.

    He is 18, soon 19.

He does not expect to be champ at 21, just IBF.
    He wants to be there.
I do not know how to say...

He is very strong for 69.9 kg.
He says he is weaker at 72.6 kg.
He boxed US Army man at 88 kg, said he had bad defense, went 3 rounds.

I think he needs new trainer, he does not.

I just pitty the guy that he married at 18, obviously wasted his life (No offence).

  14. He should stay at the weight he feels comfatable at, no need to jump up a weight for the sake of it

He will not have English promoter, he is proud of his country.

We have a good strong marriage, do not feel "pitty" for us.
    I am not a guy.
