Its clear to everyone, that the David Haye camp....

Are coming to knocked "The beast" out..?

Whats going to happen if David Haye's power has "NO AFFECT ON THE BEAST"

I don't see David Haye beating "The beast" over 12 rounds...

The longer the fight goes, the more Dangerous it becomes for David Haye...

    Being knocked out himself..."

    Could be problems folks...

I think David Haye has the early stages of the mental illness....

    "Prince Naseem Hamed syndrome.."

Where a fighter believes in his power too much

He should just do what evander did. In and out all night for an easy ud. Carl Thompson showed that even a c class opponent which it what he was at the time walked through his big shots and in the end stopped him. I don't think haye has enough power to hurt valuev.

Haye has already been there before though, with the Thompson fight.

weren't you the same person who was advocating he go out there and do just that, go broke for the KO and satisfy your perverse lust for violence and blood?

Haye is a bigger guy than when he fought Thompson by a good 2 stone and has fully developed into his peak now though. I do share the same concerns however I also believe that people are over-egging Valuev's chin. I mean who has really detonated on him to get a gauge of whether his chin is all that?

Haye is saying allot of things, and his team, its all to build up the fight and sell it on Sky Box Office.

If haye was to say "I am going to box him the exact same was as everyone else that has had success with Valuev has done even though it was the most boring fight of all time.............and by the way he is not ugly or a freak" the general public would not get onboard.

This fight is the most non boxing fans have been talking about Boxing since Hatton vs Mayweather. People are buzzing about it. To the general sports fan this is a bigger fight than Haye vs Wlad/Vitali.

Valuev has better footwork than David Haye, this will be the difference.

Valuev is bigger with the average person in the street.

Wald or Vitali would have beenjust as big, maybe bigger with the casual boxing fan who parts with his cash though based on the people I have spoken to.

If Haye follows the blueprint laid down by Evander Holyfield then this will be the EASIEST night of his career. We know that, he knows that and what he has successfully been doing is sell this fight to casual and non-boxing fans.

  12. But I'd say a higher percentage of the demographic who wouldn't normally part with their cash are going to in this instance. British sport fans who don't even necessarily follow boxing are going to fork out for this.

It's a freak show for the Heavyweight Title, and Haye upped the buy-rate immensley by doing Paul O'Grady & various other shows I reckon.

Exactly. Saw an interview with Haye a while back hinting that he would box and move against Valuev. Now that its PPV time its all "i'm gonna knock him out etc". Out of all the fighters out there Haye is one of the most clued up when it comes to self promotion.

Spot on with the remarks about non boxing fans too, all i'm hearing about from casual sports fans, people in the pub etc are about this fight, no one mentioned Froch and no one is mentioning Cotto Pac-Man either.

  15. It's great thought isn't it mate? I love it. Reminds me of Benn-Eubank or something as far as the general publics' reaction has gone (on a lesser scale obviously). When your Mum & your Auntie are having a conversation about what time the fight kicks off you know a few are going to be tuning in.
