    Round 1 Baez 10-9
    Round 2 Rojas 10-9
    Round 3 Rojas 10-9, close
    Round 4 Baez 10-9, close
    Round 5 Rojas 10-9, close
    Round 6 Rojas 10-9
    Round 7 Baez 10-9

This is the unlucky round for Baez, he's been stopped in it twice before. He's come out with renewed vigor, but also walking into the heavier counters. Baez landing the harder shots, a few overhand lefts jarred Rojas a little. Rojas looking a bit ragged, Baez outworking him rather easily on this one, a hard overhand to the chin stuns Rojas. Baez smacking him around late.

Baez tries to get to Rojas and has some success in doing so. Rojas appeared to have felt a couple of those shots and got on his bike. Much harder shots coming from Baez. Rojas would help himself out if he moved his chin off the centre line...

Matches between two southpaws are always interesting, so far it seems like both are struggling to really find their range and put punches together.

Baez still aggressively walking Rojas down, Rojas still looking unsure of himself and skittish. Baez outworking him, but not much on his shots now. Rojas walks him into several looping wild overhands, Baez taking them well. Rojas is out slapping him down the stretch, looking gassed and weak. Probably landed cleaner and nicked this one though.

Another close round...Rojas looks very ordinary (as does Baez to be fair) as he seems to be fatiguing. The more telling shots from Baez, the cleaner shots from Rojas. If Baez could throw a short left uppercut on the way in he would have Rojas in trouble. Rojas keeps throwing from range but leading with his chin, really really open to an uppercut on the inside.

Given Baez fought as low as super featherweight he's holding the additional weight really well. Also doesn't look close to a 5" difference in height as the tale of the tape states.

Both Baez and Rojas throwing with reckless abandon, and missing wildly. Both of them looking labored with their punches, like they're punching through quicksand, their technique is a mess. Tons of lunging and holding, messy and hideous action this round. Rojas finds his range late, and out boxing him in the last minute.

Either Rojas has struggled to make weight and needs to move up immediately, or he's a hopeless case and sucks. I'm leaning towards the latter.

Much less action this round from Baez, which Rojas took advantage of. Rojas looks much better when he boxes from the outside and managed to pick Baez off at times. Baez potentially taking a round off to come out swinging in the 10th and final round.

Rojas amateur pedigree is not translating to prize fighting.

Incredibly hard fight to score as there were so many pick'em rounds overall, I got it 96-94 Rojas but it could go a variety of ways and even scoring it 97-93 either way would be perfectly reasonable.

Rojas is pressing the action this round, walking Baez down now. Still not much on his shots, but he's landing them. Baez looks fresher, but isn't fighting like it. Check right hooks from Rojas, hard left from Baez to the chin. More ***** slaps from Rojas, but he is landing.

    97-93 Rojas

96-94 and 95-95 are fine as well.

Baez pushed Rojas back and forced the action. Rojas landing the nicer shots from outside, which I think will win him the round. Close round which could go either way. I'm going with Rojas for the 10th.
