I thought the same thing, post-fight I had a look at his record and wondered how the hell he had such a low KO %. Makes sense given IB's comment below.

Props, I missed that with the live commentary. Makes sense!

    Get On Paulie's Level Challenge:

Do a bump of cocaine whenever he says "if you dominate at this level".

Talk about two prospects' stock trending on wildly different trajectories in the main and co-main...

Mykquan Williams was supposed to go the distance in a 50-50 match-up on paper, and Freddy Rojas was supposed to hit a nicely cued-up teeball home run with an early KO. Instead we saw the latter look pedestrian against a blown-up lightweight in "Guarica" Báez (about two thirds through that one now) while "Marvelous Myke" dominated and stopped a good, if terminally and exploitably slow, fighter in Feliciano.

    :deal:

Looking ninja-turtlier and rounder than ever!

He and Jarrell Miller would combine for a quarter ton and exceed the limit of many residential building elevators! :deal:

Alright, forced myselt to sit through all of that... Báez was awkward and game, but goddamn was this a dropped ball on Rojas' part. I don't think McFly is going anywhere if he was getting hit this much by spastic combos and unable to command any respect with his jab with that great a reach advantage. Couldn't make up his mind what range to fight at, didn't commit and sit down on anything when firing even in combination. Tentative, sloppy, prone to panicky spells of rabibit punching in the clinch - eugh, really not much to like about the kid going off this performance tbh.

Bad opponent to look good against, sure, but - he didn't just fail to look good, he looked swampy ass.

He looked like a legit power puncher in there. I think he'd match up well with Jose Zepeda who's in need of a bounce back fight.
