    imo it has no real effect until your nose is a little busted up/bleeding , and after that clearing your nose will induce noticeable swelling+watering of the eyes .

    Once my Nose would get smacked breathing through it was out of the question I had a custom double mouth guard made and the dentist made an "airway through the middle of it worked like a charm once i got use to it
