    Can't argue with their quotes. Ortiz wasn't even close to be mentally ready to fight Mayweather; I said it when this farce was put together. It's definitely not a high point in the career of the Pretty One. :nono:rasta

    It's really funny (and not surprising) that the only fighter quoted above who flat out said Mayweather was wrong, was Andre Direll.

    Does that guy EVER stop complaining? :lol:

    Exactly. From any REASONABLE perspective, this isn't the least bit debatable. This is the first cardinal rule of boxing. Ortiz violated it, and he paid the price. End of story.

    Ortiz took it to the street and may weather finished it in the street.bad sportsmanship by Mayweather.ORTIZ was just warming up,a young lion does not deserve to go out like that and i will fight for ortiz to have a rematch.But i feel may weather looked good and ortiz looked good.

    i agree with what they r saying, but, there r ethics involved. u dont hit someone right after a handshake. u wait until the guy is ready to fight, then u hit him.

    there is a reason why the ref tells both fighters in the locker room while going over the rules to protect themselves at all times...then again, before the bell rings....pretty much every fighter gets told to protect themselves at all times several times before the the start of every fight, because YOU SHOULD PROTECT YOURSELF AT ALL TIMES
