Charles lost to Nino Valdez (!) and Harold Johnson less than a year before fighting Marciano. He never did anything meaningful post Marciano and lost a bunch of fights after that.

Walcott was an old man, ready to retire.

    Moore wasn't a real heavyweight.

It doesn't compare at all to the depth of Mayeather's resume.

Walcott was in the prime of his career

Charles doesn't matter, I just said that he wasn't old like you tried to pull

IT DOESNT MATTER, ARCHIE MOORE WAS STILL BIGGER THAN MARCIANO

And all of them are p4p above Floyd's competition

Jose Gonzalez; something like 44-20 in his career but jeez he put a major hurting on some great fighters, losing some as well. From the late fifties until the early seventies, he went from Welter to LH and fought everyone in between. :) One tough Bad arse 'journeyman' tho, IMO, that moniker doesn't really apply to him.

Jowcol, I agree 100%. Man, he fought everybody with a ton of great scalps. He wasn't just there to pad someone's record - come to think of it, late in his career he probably was, but was still springing upsets. Just ask Cyclone Hart.
