For starters, Proksa has way more variety of punches, is quicker and slicker than Pirog.

Lastly, the Ring currently ranks Proksa at # 4 and Pirog at # 6, and they made that appraisal only after seeing Super G fight just once on the big stage. Wait till he takes out Zbik.

 

Answer: They are using Pirog as a proxy to tamp down any and all interest in Proksa. Some Brittards will go to any lengths to deny Proksa his props.

 

He was scheduled to fight Macklin a while ago, shame that fight never came off. Pirog is one of my favourite fighters at the moment and I've watched all of his fights post Toygonbayev.

I hope he does fight Macklin or Barker or anyone for that matter. He needs to fight more regularly, but who's going to touch him?

 

Next time you should read my posts better. I gave Proksa props for the win over Sylvester, but said I'd like to see him against someone who can take him 12 before making any assumptions.

Go to my earlier post. I said, he appears to be more talented than Pirog, but at this early stage, will need to prove it with additional fights. I called it a pick em fight at this point and believe me, few posters on ESB would disagree with that assessment.
