ryan was manhandling a guy who walked in the ring as a middleweight. tank looked tiny at 140. even if tank lands money, it doesnt mean ryans legs are going. but if ryan lands that clean left hook, tank dont get up.

    "Where there's a will there's a way" - Garcia

But Mayweather and Ellerbe have been over-protective of Davis, so although Garcia and his team want it, Davis will protect his "0" like Mayweather did, and only fight faded opponents, mediocre fighters, or novices.

    likeley,
But they would be favored in the fight.by Vegas & most boxing experts a like.
Still garcia poses a percentage of a threat, they may be swayed by public demand & the PPV #s it could bring.

if mayweather were truly shrewd he would exhibition vs de la hoya in the main event.

They won't fight. Floyd is never going to let Tank fight anybody and Garcia seems more concerned with playing high-stakes poker against the poker sharks in Live at the Bike in a game he cannot win. Although I will say Garcia seems to want it more, his comments in the recent ring magazine about the fight are kind of ridiculous

No way Davis takes this fight. Wait until you hear about his next opponent. Another no name or old no hopers with zero risk of Tank losing or even having a competitive fight. His clueless fans will eat it up and talk **** because they are chumps. Chumps will support Davis and allow him to fight bums.

Garcia will take some punishment if they fight but I like him over Davis. It’s a moot point because I don’t see Davis growing the balls to fight a dangerous opponent like Garcia. Garcia has size over Tanknand at 135 Garcia has more power. Tank has power against much smaller guys or bums but he’d be afraid to throw wood shots against Garcia for fear of getting sparked. Garcia by highlight reel KO.

From their recent exchange on Twitter it seems like the fight will happen in December… I won’t believe anything until they’re in the ring though.

I favor Tank to win this fight but the longer this drags out, Garcia's chance of beating Tank go up.

It's telling that in today's sport, when an exciting matchup is brought up between two young fighters, you're as likely to see a comment remarking about how it won't happen as you are about analyzing the matchup itself.

The state of boxing is embarrassing.
