Jones hasnt even had a conversation with Eubanks

Joe himself said at 1 time 'no one can beat Jones' and that was when Jones was in his prime. He also said 'I would never fight a washed up fighter like Roy Jones' in his autobiography.

he's saying that his capabilities are worth more than what he would have been paid for the fight. he would have been paid the same amount as an average contender because no one knew him in america but he knew he deserved more because of how talented he was... he wasn't willing to take a **** purse because he knew he deserved more.

    no ducking involved

:patsch Bull****, the bigger draw always makes more money ie ODLH, further more RJJ was a huge draw with a huge name, Slappy depite only gettin 30% of the purse would've made more money against him then he had made in any other fight + he would have have gotten world wide recognition.

Slappy = GOAT cherry pickin Fraud.

Thats exactly what he said its funny how they will back up other fighters that are based here in the states who say the same **** yet a fighter from else where is just ducking and is a lesser fighter anyways.

Calzaghe Beat Hopkins and Jones get over it.

This is old. Anyone who has followed boxing for a number of years already knew Cal wanted no part of Roy when he was in his prime.

yeah ive read his book several times and yes he only fought jones for the money

as for your first comment that is pure ignorance on your part

  10. Joe ducked Glen Johnson by deliberately divorcing his wife and smashing his fist into a wall in the hopes of breaking it... He also retired to duck him for the FORTH time.

He also ducked prime Hopkins by offering him 2 million. Hopkins agreed - the moment he saw a few video tapes of Joe - saw how **** he was/is, wanted double money for having his name come up next to Joes - Joe refused. Blatant ducking.

He's also ducking a guy where both men stated that they weren't really interested in the other at the time, were in different divisions..

Abraham and Pavlik are ducking Kessler, Froch and co.

    Exactly.

Every single fighter in history does a "Risk vs Reward" comparison before choosing or accepting every single opponent.

For some the risk to reward ratio can be greater than for others, but they all do it.

  14. Shows how **** joe was - if Hopkins felt he needed 3 million to compensate for having "THAT" on his record...

I'm waiting for someone to miss the sarcasm...
