Gamboa came into the fight after a 1 year lay off. He was so small most of his training camp consisted of working him up to gain weight just so one day he could be 135lbs to fight a man who would come into the ring rehydrated weighting 160lbs standing at 5'8.

So how the hell can you say with a straight face that he was elite? His best days were well behind him, never to return.

The boy should never have stood a chance yet credit to him, despite all the odds against him, he still managed to find a way to make Crawford do the spaghetti dance and resort to having to put the 34 year old 5'5 Gamboa in a headlock in order to ctontain him and survive.

And this is meant to be greatest!

Ray Robinson who already beat Crawford - long before Terrance came to realise he could make a big name for himself in beating on smaller men - had just finished surviving a gruelling sparring session with Horn. Still somewhat shaken, as the blood continues to drip from the vessels of his nasal membrane, he recounts his old victorious battle with Crawford and compares the profound experience of with in being the ring with Horn and more or less states that Crawford accuracy will not be enough to deter a determined Horn who comes in with a crafty dip in and out approach. Neither does he believe that Terrance hits hard enough to give Horn any trouble considering what Horn went through with Pac.

He sums it all up by more or less stating that as long as Horn does what he has to do and repeats the performance he delivered against Pacquiao then he will undoubtedly have his hands raised whilst standing over the motionless body of Mr Terrance Crawford which has been laid face down on the blood soaked canvas.

Horn is being brought in to lose. All part of Arum's plan. Anyone who thinks Horn will be competitive is kidding themselves.

Gamboa wasn't too small. Gamboa's fight before Crawford was at 135 for the interim WBA 135 title, which Gamboa won. If anything let Gamboa down it was his inactivity, since he gassed badly after the 5th round. I have no doubt that if Gamboa were active he would've easily went 12 with Crawford and maybe even got the win.

That said Crawford deserves a ton of credit for adapting to Gamboa. Instead of trying to beat Gamboa from the outside where he was getting outclassed and out jabbed he started using check hooks to counter Gamboa's right hand and then he followed up with his own right, which allowed him to floor Gamboa.

Darley's Perez was just as big as Crawford and was undefeated at 135 and was easily beaten by Gamboa.

Gamboa did give TC a boxing lesson those first few rounds. Man, he had so much unfulfilled potential.

Uncle Bob gave Horn a decision against Pac when Pac beat the hell out of him, the ref almost stopped the fight! However, Horn is being used by Arum to make Crawford a champion at 147 against a person who can't box at all, could be a first round knockout. Boxing is corrupt, I will not watch the fight, no way. I am tired of all the damned crooks in boxing...............Horn has zero chance, he is there to lose the fight...................

Does this look like a man who cannot box at all?

People can argue and do all the talking while getting flustered on here all day long, The fact is June 9th they will be doing the talking in the ring and everybody will see who is the real deal or not.

The experts like bookies are rarely right. Especially when the majority of the so called experts that are being asked are biased Americans who's heads are rammed shoulder blade deep up Bud's rectum.

Most experts also thought Santa Cruz would beat Frampton, Porter would beat Brook and Provodnikov would beat Algieri. Gonzalez would beat Sor Rungvisai. And oh yeah.... that Pac would beat Horn.

Let me put this another way and see if you can apply the same reasoning.

Let us imagine that 6'4 200lb Gassiev drains down to 150 so he can compete at welterweight.

He chooses to fight 5'6 Broner who naturally weighs 140lbs. On fight night Gassiev rehydrates to his normal 200lbs.

He ends up putting a beating on Broner and some of Gassievs supporters are calling it an heroic performance.

In your mind does the natural cruiserweight Gassiev deserve credit for beating the 140lb welterweight?

Considering Pogba and Mario are both massive underachievers I don't think your point stands.

Ronaldo on the other hand seems to live on hate.
