Barret threw a legit punch. Even if it did not hit haye flush, he catched him of balance causing haye to go down. Thats what you call a KD, even if it did not have much of an effect! (I thought it took Haye a bit long to recover from it, though...) There was no pushing involved. Whats the problem, anyway? Haye won, clearly dominating his opponent! Isnt it a bit small-minded to moan about a KD that has not been called in his favor after he easily won his fight? On a side note: After watching the fight I thought that English commentators must at least be as biased as the ones here in Germany. Disgraceful... I might add: I'm really happy for Haye! It's good to have another well conditioned HW in the division that actually shows up to fight! :good
Because posters like Zakman were jumping on this last night (without actually seeing the fight I might add! ) as proof that Haye is a chinless wonder who'll get ko'ed by the first decent heavy he fights.
It doesn't really matter...it's not as if that punch that Barrett caught him with teaches us anything new about Haye's chin. It was a soft punch and Haye wasn't at all hurt...just caught him off-balance.
I don't believe the punch landed, but even if it did, he was recovering afterwards from the flush shot Barrett landed as he lay on the floor.
