its pretty obvious that most of them are typical football fans who happen to follow one boxer despite the fact that they dont give a **** about the sport as a all.

Here we are crying that "boxing is dying" and all that, but here are potential new and serious boxing fans, and we think they're all ****. They already are passionate about sports, and are willing to shell out money to watch a fight, that a great start.

Yeah, he may not know so much about boxing right now, but everybody's gotta start somewhere.

 

Christ! Every boxer who crosses over to "the mainstream" will have a lot of fans that have limited boxing knowledge. It comes with the territory. Are all Cottos fans in Puerto Rico boxing experts? Or Kesslers in Denmark? Or Pacs in the Phillipines?
