Why have you just picked out Hatton fans here? Do you honestly think the majority of Pacs travelling fans have much boxing knowledge? Have you seen them? Have you heard them??

They are there because Pac is a superstar and almost Godlike to them. They really, REALLY don't know about boxing.

But that's OK. They may become fans after this fight, so good luck to them.

  3. Most of the Pacfans won't even be sports fans

Many of them do know about boxing, and watch fights regularly.

Many of them may also be casual fans, but they really do like boxing. Filipinos love to watch all kinds of combat sports.

And he's not god-like. More like a celebrity sports star.

I've had to stop capping mate due to money issues. :verysad

I'll have to DL the PPV myself for a change.

I dont know who's going to win tbh becaue i'm not sure about Pac's win over De La Hoya.

Hatton may end up killing him or he could get his head boxed off. :?

They do bring a lot of enthusiasm to the event and i really like that, i hate to see fights like those in Germany with no athmosphere where people ringside look like they´re in the theatre.

Who gives a **** if it wasnt for his supposedly know nothing fans the fight would not be happening. Its because of the fans who pay their hard earned money that the fight is able to take place. This elitist bull **** is ridiculous, you dont need to be a boxing bible to be into the sport, maybe a few of those no nothing fans will enjoy the experience and choose to look into boxing further thus creating more fans thus elevating the level of boxing in the media, all very good for the game. Everybody has to start somewhere, yes people may be boarding a plane just to get razzed but so ****in what. Shock horror people wanna get drunk and watch some dudes beating **** into each other, where I come from its regarded as a good night out(I dont necessarily subscribe to that just saying it a natural phenomenon) or maybe we should all be made to take a mandatory test before walking into the arena.

Didn't seem to be crying to me, mate. Just looked like he was making a decent point.

That said, the interviews we have seen here of the Filipinos in Vegas show that they really don't follow boxing but I'm fine with that and just hope they have a great time.

British fans make your american boxing shows 10 times better, when I watch HBO without the english fans the american fans are dead, no passion. At least the mexican and puerto rican and phillipino fans show some passion. anyway Hatton fans know that Hatton is not the best boxer ever but they know that he is a man that can be identified with his fans and is a real person, not like some of your arrogant american boxers who have their head up their ****ing ass just like a huge majoirty of the stupid ass posters on this forum...

We love sports. Local/NBA basketball championships get high ratings.

Big time boxing/MMA bouts, shown live via sattelite are loaded with ads.

If you've never been here, it is not good to comment about it.
