What does this mean? Jones could have schooled Ruiz at 168.

This is for all those haters that claim didn't have to drop that much weight and that he only weighed 193 with clothes on.

And if you think that was the best shape of his light heavyweight life, I have to disregard your whole post.

Who gives a ****. Everyone knows Roy Jones moved back down to light heavyweight because he was too ****ing scared to fight any REAL heavyweights. His mandatory was Vitali Klitschko.

If he'd just admit he was ****ing scared and couldn't win against Vitali, people would have WAY more respect for him moving back down and getting KTFO like a moron.

On the little doco i watched about his lead-up to the Ruiz fight and that he weighed himself and it was 199 so yeah 200 basically, they got it wrong at the weigh-in the first time around

I know he was using it as a reference, I was just being a smart ass. But the numbers he was using and what you are using are different in every human. Nothing is set really, some loose weight easy, some its really hard. Claiming to know about body building has nothing to do with boxing.

I don't care who trained him...... It was easy to see that he was not as fast or near as powerful...... The weight he lost still effects him to this day!:yep

Roy's chin was above par in my books.... It was tested plenty in his prime... He got hit and took it well...Even after his prime, (the Ruiz fight I include as after his prime) Ive watched every Roy fight since he was robbed in the Olympics.... Ive seen him hit hard many times.
