I'm a huge cotto fan and I find it difficult to understand why he lost when he's clearly the more talented well schooled boxer, but margos x factor of punch resistance, conditioning and pressure earned him a hard fought tko. While we can all speculate on the issue of plaster fact is cotto had all the opportunity in the world to win but his game plan and or conditioning where not up to par. Even without the contraversy I feel with a bit of tweaking in the blue print cotto would dominate a rematch, cotto has the ability to improve while margo is a bit limited in the department of versitility. Nuff said I think we should move on.
You mst be joking to call that "ownage". Cotto was hurt numerous times in that fight and hit with ONE good shot in the 10th that got him dazed from the 10th all the way to the 12th. Mosley's mistake in that fight is he didn't put more pressure. Cotto might have won but that's the type of win that immediately brings up "REMATCH" comments when it's done, hardly ownage material.
Of course it is and he won that fight so it's Mosley who should run after him or else Cotto remains the winner between the two and fairly.
**** Mosley. He's a cheater just like Margo. Who knows how many fights he had in which he was juiced up.
And Judah would've put it on his ass had Mosley not jumped on the first opportunity to bail. You see, there's no proof that my prediction would've been wrong. Meanwhile, you're the same jackass that picked Tito to beat Roy as well as Paulie Malignaggi to beat Hatton. How'd those picks work out for you?
Scar cotto sure did feel moselys power but he never wilted his counter punching seemed to come naturally with every mosely attack in the later rounds. I thought it was his best "boxing" preformance to date.
I agree, he outboxed Mosley in that fight. Still worth a rematch as it wasn't one-sided but still a clear UD for Cotto. The recipe to beat Cotto is not to outbox him, it's to put on constant pressure and Mosley can do that but didn't use that tactic in my opinion and was waiting a lot.
Yes he did and I always mention it, it was a disgrace to the sport what he did and even though he's my favorite fighter ever and the reason I started watching boxing I'll always bring that up without pathetic attempts to back it up like you are doing with Margarito here. This includes the circus acts in the McBride and Botha fights.
Scar you can also argue that cotto's jab offset moselys pressure and speed thus causes mosely to rethink his game plan which is why at moments in the fight he seemed to lapse and other time wing big right hands in desperation some which connected but without the desired results.
ohhh ****...he's your favorite fighter :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl damn...so you'll back up a ******, cheating ass racist pig, but dog margo for some old ass pads...:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl ahhhhhh man....the irony
