    Anyone else think that, due to the way his fight has been promoted on Sky, if mini Hatton does actually win the IBO 'world title', he will be more of a household name than Froch?:lol:

    He is a Commonwealth level fighter, nobody knows that more than the man himself.

    Having not yet beaten a top 5 domestic welter, to start calling yourself ''world champion'' - should he win of course - is a bit ridiculous.

    Why all the hate for Matthew Hatton?

    I've only met the fella briefly but he was perfectly nice and stopped to chat when I met him.

    Agreed he's no world beater, but the stick he gets on here is ridiculous!!

    I for one will be happy if he beats Ndou. Do I expect him to? No. Will I call him a world champion? No. But I'm happy for any British fighter that steps through ropes to do well.

    He is fighting on the world title stage. He does not need those guys. They should come back when they have won a belt. Pretty sure the WBF and WBU belt holders are up for a challenge from our top welters.

    I wouldnt mind if he won, if he does I could see him against a reasonably big name like Judah or something, probably lose but it will be a decent sized fight for him.

    My thoughts, the lads a ****.But thats personal. As far as tomorrow night goes,I see this as a winable fight far him, via the long route.In a dull,close fight. The joke is, there are at least 3 fights in the central area that I would'nt give him a chance in hell of winning.
