Ok with that being said, you just made a statement that whatever NSAC and the rest of the boxing governing bodies do when it comes to protecting the fighters from cheaters is a complete joke. That also includes Mayweather with suspicions of using illegal drugs that cannot be detected by standard procedures that's being implemented by the governing bodies.

You don't get it do you. Those days are just cut-off dates. They just stop blood testing. I repeat during that period boxers cannot be blood tested, but once again during that period the commission that will test them can still use their urine.

Usually most fighters start 2 months to train for a fight. Let's say that they've agreed on the 14 days cut off date. There will 6 weeks to test both boxers. During that period the test(s) WILL BE RANDOM. Both boxers will not know WHEN they will be tested during that 6 weeks period. That makes it RANDOM. Setting the date of when the they will be tested is NOT random. Get it now?
