I'm not really into the catchweight of 151 against Margo but you have to consider that Pacquiao can't even make full welter. That means Pacquiao is really small.

 

yes, i have said that current testing in boxing is extremely outdated numerous times

sure, floyd could have used something illegal in the past, and so could have pac, and anyone else

the fact that floyd has gone through random testing during training shows that he is willing to engage in proper testing

a cut-off is a cut-off, which severely effects the randomness of random, but i can see why a cut-off is asked for...although 24 days is absurd, and 14 days is more than fair
