In through the nose, out through the mouth. If you breathe in through the mouth, you'll develop a very bad habit of not keeping your mouth biting down on your mouthpiece. You keep getting hit slack-jawed and you'll end up with a broken jaw, or continually get your mouthpiece knocked out, that sort of thing.
I would just like to take a moment of your time to point out......that we have now entered page TWO....of a thread on how to breathe properly.... ...thank you......carry on.....
On another note.....I can't pee without getting my shoes wet.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'll agree with you Breathless it's a tricky one. But look this is quite clearly an important issue. Okay, longshot I know, but I'm gonna throw it out there anyway... Have you tried breathing while resting against a solid object, like a wall for instance, with the knees bent, almost as if sitting on an imaginary chair? I believe this exercise has a name but it eludes me at the moment.. :huh
Yeah it's on the tip of my tongue, so annoying when you just can't recall it.. atsch Sounds like wotsits or something like that..
