Ok, so I bought myself a mouthpiece and was trying to fit it. I grab some tongues and dip it in some boiling water....well.... the tongues sinked into the mouthpiece and the hole in the middle to let you breath closed from biting down...

So when I buy another one, instead of missing it up I would like to know how to properly do it lol

There should be instructions on the box on how long to boil your particular mouthpiece. Different mouthpieces have different instructions.

If it's one of the top and bottom mouthpieces with a hole in the middle for breathing, it should come with a hard plastic bit that goes in the middle. It doesn't get soft when you boil it and it stops the hole from getting crushed.

By 'tongues' I'm guessing you mean 'tongs' and are using them to pick the mouthpiece out of the water so you don't burn your hands. The moutpiece will be very soft so don't do that. Put the boiling water into a bowl, and when it's soft pour the water out, carefully blow off any water that is on the mouthpiece and then gently pick it up with your hands.

Stick in in your mouth, make sure it's on your teeth at the back then bite down firmly, suck the air out and hold it for 30 seconds or so. Put it in cold water for a couple seconds and then check the fit. If it's not right you can reboil it. If you have to reboil it only do it for a couple seconds because other wise it'll get too soft and it turns into a mess.
