    - Haye's only income for the fight will come from Setanta Sports' broadcast rights fee

    - Klitschko will receive an agreed portion of the Setanta cash plus all the other revenue the fight generates including fees from HBO (carrying the contest live in the US), RTL (German broadcaster), any other foreign broadcasting fees, all the live gate receipts and income from sponsorship

    - If Haye wins, Klitschko's promotional company, K2, will promote his next two fights

    - Again, should Haye win, his next two fights will be against one of the Klitschko brothers – either a rematch with Wladimir or a match with Vitali – and should he win that one, he'll face the other brother

    The flip side is this, if Haye is so certain to lose, why do K2 want 2 options ?

    He is a cocky sob. U got to love that. I think that is a reason why he is so successful in the ring because he is so confident.

    If that is true it is the most disgraceful conditions for making a fight that I have ever seen.
    If it is true then sorry but regardless of the outcome Wlad tried to duck this fight. I never accuse fighters of ducking and have stayed well away from the Wlad is scared, Haye was all mouth bull**** that has been going on here for the past few weeks...

    BUT....if that is what Haye was offered it is a total farce and if it is true then the fact he signed it shows how much he wanted the fight and how much he is prepared to do anything to test himself.

    But I would like to see a source on this, as I cannot believe that is the actual contract that was agreed upon.

    WTF you can't be serious. He's not seeing a cent of the HBO money? Thats pretty rediculous. I mean I'm sure his share of the Setanta money will be quite large and probably net him over 3 million pounds but still thats prety rediculous if its true. In a fight of this magnitude Haye should be getting paid a much bigger percentage.
