froch's trainer was saying the same thing, but words alone can't make a fighter respond with a positive reaction, that has to be the fighters choice to show the courage, to dig deep within to get a win.
It was like night and day. I too think it was a huge factor. Especially when you compare it to what was being said in his corner in his previous fight: "Do you want to stop the fight?"
He needed change, and montoya has worked well with Mikkel. He was mentally ready for Froch. Montoya seems like a sympathetic trainer and he has the experience to take Kessler Further.
It was good to see Kessler get the win and Montoya definately worked on some stuff with him. Glad the hard work paid off.
