It was great to see the ole bulldog back to his old form!

Tonight he turned the clock back 10 years.

Very little slurring & right to the point.

    No long winded metaphors.

Maybe he eased up on the Gin & Tonics???:smoke

his pre-fight monologue of the margarito-cintron fight was great. Where he was talking about the fight being personal for Cintron to face his demons. Kellerman tries to have deep commentary like that, but he tries to hard.

He is still a moron, did anyone eles catch this comment

"Cotto beats people up, 6 of the last 8 guys he fought hasnt fought again"

Lets see his last 8 fights were against

-Mosley who hasnt fought but is getting ready to fight.
-Judah who has had two fights since Cotto
-Urkal hasnt fought but its only been a year and he is a older guy
    -Quintana has had two fights
-Malignaggi has had three fights since cotto
    -Branco has had four fights
    -Torres has had four fights
    -Abdulaev had another fight

Well maybe Larry was drunk tonight. When he says sh*t like that it make you want to discount ever thing he says.:dead

Half of Max's problem is visual. It's hard to take lofty wisdom of the ages off of a guy who looks like a puppy. A little fake gray hair would work wonders.

I agree its very visual he looks rather geeky and its hard to take him seriously as if he hasnt been through much and has no seasoning or depth. He just seems to lack the granduer to add prestige to these events. Merchant seems like the wise old sage by comparison where as Kellerman comes across as the geeky twerp in Gym class missing his socks.
