He won't fight Pacquiao. People might as well forget it. And do you honestly think it's JUST drug testing? He doesn't want Pacquiao to train in Philippine's either, as the USADA won't test him there or some ****. Mayweather will keep talking a load of ****, and Floyd fans can defend it all they ****ing want. Same go for Pacquiao's promotional team. They want to milk every fight till it get's to the point where it has to be Mayweather.
