Props to Taylor for fighting pavlik

Taylor might be lucky at times

but he has balls

you don't fight the Old ******* twice then WW if you lack the balls to make the big fights

even his "easy" fights have came against former world champs albeit in lower weight divisions

Yes, Bigtime props to Taylor. With Calzaghe negotiating with Kessler, he's got nowhere else to go but to fight Pavlik. Believe me, if there was another decent Middlewt. out there for him to fight, without the boxing public screaming that he's ducking Kelly, he'd take that fight in a heartbeat.

Kind of a shame that champions fighting their top contenders is so unusual that we actually have to give special proper respect to those that do.
But this will be a great fight, and I believe Taylor will prevail.

FACT - every man Taylor has been a champion at some point. Pavlik will actually be his first non champ BUT he is the consensus number 1 now that Wright is going to 170.

 

I think it's going to be more like "Pavlik was green when he lost to Taylor the first time..Pavlik by KO in the rematch!!"

This isn't posted on any credible site yet. Hell it's not even on boxrec and they jump the gun the minute someone even mentions the possibility of a fight going down

 

Actually, Taylor deserves props for all the recent competition he has had. The problem is the way he wins, and for that he deserves none.
