Which basically none of the refs ever ****ing do. Think what you will of the stoppage, but at least this guy didn't immediately run out of the ring and hide.
Yeah. I still think he jumped in too quickly, but I do respect him for standing up and articulating his viewpoint, without being defensive about it.
The ref was standup. He stood by his decision, explained it, and did not appear to be rattled in the least. He gets a thumbs up from me.
