Golovkin is very good but Proska sucks. Nothing to take away from Golovkin but Proska is that bad any fairly decent boxer could ko him.
Not really. He has superb hand speed, excellent balance and upper body movement, good punch selection and good reflexes. And least he had these for two minutes then he got hit like he had never been hit before. You're only as good as your opponent allows, boxing 101.
No Proska is garbage. Macklin, Barker, Murray, and the rest would all beat him. Kerry Hope beat him for crying out loud. Golovkin can look good against them types of opponents. Martinez would knock him out. He also throws punches at weird angles ala euro style unorthodox. Golovkin is very good but will get in trouble when he faces someone who throws hard back to him. He can overwhelm some C level, or B level middleweights. He's like Kosta, who was not that good. Most overrated boxer ever.
Proksa took the fight on 6 weeks notice, against a guy the whole division was avoiding, went in and did what he could, caught Golovkin several times, but it just wasn't enough, Proksa said it himself after the fight that in his view Golovkin is currently the best pound for pound fighter out there Proksa would give any MW a run for their money, his problem was that he faced the best MW in the world out there and got stopped
No Kerry Hope did not beat Proxa. Do you actually watch fights or just look at results? There was a rematch anyway. But MW is pretty packed so probably more than one can beat Proxa. Not Barker or Murray though. Proxa beat a better fighter in Sylvester than those two.
Barker would beat Proska. Proska's not that good, and yeah i saw the fights. Proska is rubbish. If i'm going to be open and honest. He is garbage. Who cares if he took the fight on 6 weeks notice. Fighters of yesteryear did this all the time. Regardless if he trained properly, he would have still lost in the same fashion. He has no heart.

Is my avatar David Haye? With blood on his face? I'm not a fan of David Haye. I dont rate Proksa at all. His defense is really poor, and leaves himself open to many, many shots. Amatuer style. Nothing good about the guy. He has no chin either. Walking around the ring with his hands down low trying to use his speed to keep Golovkin at bay early on, but his defense sucks. Nothing goes on in Proksas head.
