Erkan Tepen ( 7-0-0 ) of Germany defeated tough journeyman Cisse Salif tonight by TKO 2 in Turkey on the Aydin-Dan 2 undercard , The first KO loss of Cisse career. He outclassed Salif throughout. Salif is tough, He has many good wins and a recent argueable DQ loss to Alexander Petkovich where he was widely dominating up to a bogus DQ where he wasn't warned once, It was a real shame because he was widely dominating up to the DQ, He even scored two KD's. Salif also has a recent UD win to Friday Ahunanya,

So Tepen's win to Salif is fairly valueable in my book. He also has a few more decent wins on his resume but not many known names other then journeyman Robert Hawkins. So Tepen still has much to prove to us but he performed well tonight and I believe he has potential.

Kubrat Pulev ( 14-0-0 ). He has only 14 fights ( 14 wins ) and already has stoppage wins to Derric Rossy and Matt Skelton, Also a decision win to Travis Walker. The Rossy fight was his best a feel, A really known name, And a stoppage win. Travis Walker made people ask questions due to the simple fact that he struggled at times early, Although he won a UD to a known name. Matt Skelton fight was decent, A couple years ago. But anyways he is a very hopeful prospect and I cannot wait to see more of him since he is starting his career hard.Plus he has impressive wins in the pros already. Many awards before the pros = Very good prospect.

Ray Ximinez Jr. ( 5-0-0 ) Very young ( only 18 ) bantumweight star. I remember seeing him in a 4 round space filler in his 2nd fight, This was on ESPN Friday Night Fights, The undercard of Brian Vera Vs. Sergio Mora, He shut out Alfredo Berto ( 1-3-0 ) very easily over 4 rounds. He has good speed but not much power so far, But it will likely improve over time. Another talent he has is he already knows how to fight Orthodox and southpaw, Something many don't master at all or until late in there career. He has a decade until his prime so he will improve much more. He hasn't done anything in the pros yet but beat 5 journeymen ( 5-0-0 1 KO ). He doesn't have too much power yet but I believe it will develop. He was an Amateur star though, 5 time golden gloves champion, Junior Olympic gold medalist and many other smaller awards. He has potential wrote all over him.

Olympic Bronze Medalist Deontay Wilder ( 20-0-0 20 KOs ). This guys is a real beast,. Very powerful. The only problem is stepping up, He is still untested. He only has wins to journeymen Dominique Alexander, David Long and Damon Reed. He has 20 flawless wins to journeymen so he needs to step up. He can still have a good career if he steps up soon. If he doesn't he will take the bad path Denis Boystov has taken ( he needs to be tested too ).

Rakim Chakhkiev ( 11-0-0 ). Untested but impressive as a pro. Very tricky southpaw. Really good boxer. He beat tough journeyman Michael Simms in September, Simms fought Frankel, Godfrey ( almost bet him ), Ross, Hernandez and Huck yet Simms was never KO'd until his fight with Chakhkiev. Kiev KD'd him in round 2 and easily dominated until the KO. Not many other big wins but still, But still I can tell He is a very good fighter just by his skill, Despite that he is a 2008 Heavyweight Olympic Gold Medalist.

Like many, I cannot wait to see more of him.
