I agree flickpass, he was training in perth a while ago with Craig Christian had a fight lined up with Arnel tinapah but walked away 2 weeks be fore the fight ,something tells his a good 4rnd may be 6 rnd boxer his a good talent should of stayed in the US and make his mark ..

He done what he was suppossed to do he ko'ed a punchbag , for fack sake its not has if we have a great talent pool , he's had a lot more experience than these opponents , in his ameteur carreer ,

If you want to talk about aussie kids who had a bit of talent , then lets go back a few years , before Fenech started all this , its smart to duck and dive your way to a title bull**** , .

Shannon Taylor ,, Robbie Pedan ,, ****** Rowsell ,, the late Jamie Nicholson , and LOTS of others , when these guys were ameteurs , they were the best of the crop , when they turned over , the Aussie title was a foregone conclusion for them , and they did'nt run around ducking and diving , they struggled to get the top pros we had to fight them , .

With Rockys ameteur background these opponents he's facing are bull**** , for fack sake most of them he fights would'nt even win a state ameteur title.

He's just another in a long line of slighty above aussie standard ,boxer , who will get flogged when his management finally believe there own publicity and let him fight someone who can hit back .

If he was a olympic champ , i could see the point in inveting lots of money , getting the right opponents ect , , but why the fack would you invest money dodging guys who too be honest compared to overseas fighters , are just novices .

 

Knowing Rocky hel go walkabouts again and turn up in another state sometime mid next year.
