Yeah for Top Rank Arum is waiting in the weeds to add another MW who won't fight Arthur Abraham.

All this talk about Jacobs, we've kind of neglected Wilder who is a very good prospect in his own right.

 

yes, I like these kind of cards, especially since Jacobs is in with a guy with a pulse, last checked anyway. I don't know what the main event is, got to be another fight on the card. Good leadup to the Spinks-Latimore fight, I look forward to this one, at least it's got an inner city rivalry thing going, hoping the crowd is alive, plus Devon Alexander in a showcase with the calling out of Bradley afterward

If Jacobs wins tomorrow (esp if he's impressive) then he really needs to step up and fight a gate keeper or another prospect in his nex fight or two.

 

I think he should go right up and fight Karmazin. I think Karmazin is looking shot. I don't see any reason not to make a fight like that. I think Jacobs would blow him out.

 

Jacobs should handle Varela easily. Varela has spent most of his career at 154. This fight is at 168, correct? Jumping up two weight classes to fight one of the best prospects in boxing. Varela is a tough man whose lost only to the best, but I don't think he can handle Jacobs.

 

I want to see Jacobs with some tough competition.
