    That's a man without a shred of honour. If I was ringside I would've climbed in that ring, walked right up to him and slapped him hard across the cheek and then spat in his face for good measure after doing so.

    While it was fair it was still a cheap shot …. But the other guy should have known better to.

    Protect yourself at all times. Its a dishonorable way of winning but it is still part of the game.

    As Kreese once said in The Karate Kid:
    “You lose concentration in a fight and you’re dead meat.”

    From ABC boxing rules:
    Fouls:
    14. Unsportsmanlike conduct causing injury to an opponent that does not meet the standard of a fair blow;

    Seems like we all agree this was unsportsmanlike conduct, and he KO'd him which suggests injury. So should this not fall under the above guidelines as a foul?

    The worst thing about it for me is that it looks planned - the glove tap is the bait. Normally you take a step back but he almost (?) threw the punch in one move.

    He should be officially punished somehow, regardless if it violates any rule literally or not.

    Technically: fair...

    Really, morally, integrally, realistically, wholly, spiritually: bad sportsmanship and cowardly.

    Slimey, but not against the rules.

    I say do away with the friendly glove taps. Save those until after the fight.
