So you are saying based on what somebody else has done, as if everybody is exactly the same? When has he taken roids? Why would the protein from red meat be any different than whey protein? A protein shake is just highly processed milk, it contains less 'junk' and that's its appeal. I really hope no one listens to you, damn right you're not a doctor.

Isn't the 'RDA' like 40g for a fully grown male? Most fully grown men that I know will literally get that 40g of protein from bread-based products throughout the day. It's just ******ed.

I'm not saying that to disagree with your statement (I don't disagree), I just find it hilarious.

First, why do you only have one kidney? Did you have a kidney removed? Or did you have a kidney transplant. If you had a kidney transplant theoretically you have three.:D
I have a kidney transplant, and I have three kidney's in side of me. Only one works though, at a nice 64% I might add.
Anyway, I don't know your situation, but more than likely your probably seeing a kidney doctor, getting regular bloodwork, etc... right? What does your blood work say? I was actually low on protein and my nephrologist was like you need to eat MORE protein. So I bumped my protein intake up a bit. As long as your not eating like a bodybuilder where your getting 500 grams a day your probably going to be fine. I'm not even sure if there is evidence that too much protein is bad anyway.

Okay so you're saying that whey protein contains less junk than red meat? lol

Do you know how artificial vitamins and all that other **** that whey proteins are packed with affect kidneys? Do you know that most of this junk is not absorbed and is going directly to the kidneys?

The less processed food the better-> You'd better be aware of this fact 'cause You're trying to sound like a smart guy while making very naive statements.

How do I know he has one kidney and is doing roids? Maybe because we re training at the same gym. Not to mention he admitted it in some interview, it is easily visible by his head size and face changes + just look at him in Golota fight lol one had to be an idiot to believe he packed this whole numb meat without roids at the age of 45.

I hope so too because this kinda board is the last place he should seek for this kinda advice.
