well i just finished 2 sessions today, 1 which was light. At lunch time i had meat and after my afternoon session i decided to take one of those shakes (i only bought one packet already used half the other day). I was thinking since i already took the meat at lunch time is it unhealthy that i took the shake since im taking to much protein in 1 day?
There are guys that will consume 30-50g of protein every time they eat and they eat 7 times every day. What you did is not unhealthy in the slightest.
oh ok, got a fright.. actually spent an hour researchin on it.. only consumed 20-25g more of protein which is pretty good after a good training today
When training I aim to get around 100g a day in 5 separate sittings and always consume some kind of protein source straight after training along with some carbs and a bit of sugar. Not 100% if that was even enough but I'm a small guy and not trying to bulk
It depends how much you scoop into your drink. Like everything else paying attention to recommended dosage and using commonsense is important :good

Yeah, I had a friend who was a victim of protein poisoning. He got lucky though. He can still do most things on his own, but he still needs help with complex motor skills, like tying his shoe laces or wiping his arse. He seems happy though, he likes it when we wheel him into the sunshine and feed him soup.
