Hi, I'm looking a bit of advice regarding supp like creatine and protein powder like whey. I am training 4 times a week and weigh 100 kilos. I have a fairly clen diet and the aim is to develop a bit more power and tighten up. Any advice would be great.
If you weigh that much then I'm assuming you don't have to worry about cutting weight for a fight, so go to town on the creatine, it's great stuff. Whey is fine, just get something without all the added sugar and whatnot. It won't add to your power at all but if you're lifting then it can help you build muscle.
That's for the advice, I think I'll give tge creatine a go and see how it affects me! Much appreciated!!
