Just learn something about nutrition and avoid soda and junk food and eat a healthy diet that agrees with you. You don't need protein shakes or any other fancy and expensive products.
Maybe thats a good training, but I do a bit different i dont have the specific days i go but anyway, my priority is chest and biceps so every time i go i excise chest and biceps plus add something extra like back shoulders triceps or anything else, than set ups then a mile or 2 run with the speed going up and down
Wanna cut faster without loosing any muscles at all? Try CKD, all other diets are **** compared to it. On carb-load days you can eat everything and still lose fat and no muscles. Protein shakes are useless and basically waste of money, food is better. Also there is no scientific declaration what whey shakes are as good as other proteins are. In my option their protein quality is poorest of all foods. Chicken tits above everything.

I used to do that too...its not good. You should give your muscles time to recover before working them out again. My priority is biceps and chest too. My biceps are filling out great! All the chicks at my job say they can tell the difference. Chest takes so long man. I hate it. I used to just do flat, incline and decline benches. But man I started doing high, medium and lower cable flys standing up. HUUUGE difference. It partition on my chest is growing and my lower chest is getting bigger as well. I tighten up my chest after every rep. Great great burn.
Of course man, fly is always good for the shape of your chest, but i just cant be ****ed with it , i hate the buterfly
Creatine gives nothing after you stop using it, you might lift more using creatine but after it you'll be back to your previous weights. Creatine doesn't stimulate muscles growth but just pumps it with water. Bodybuilding is time, 99% of supplements is useless. Talk to anybody who didn't do roids and trains for at least 10 years naturally. My uncle is one of them, I also know tons of people who share my view. Most of you is just deluded that something works. Roids might take you to the level you actually get bigger in the "natural way" much faster but not things like creatine and other stuff.

Protein shake is like the chocolate sprinkle on your hot milk... no good on its own. That Jujitsu dude in the UFC drinks them because he claims to eat just fruit. You need protein to rebuild technical tears in tissue... you dont really need it if you eat soy or chicken, but it does help. As well as rebuilding tissue, protein also does the extreme i.e. makes it grow.
