How natural are you? Do you cut your hair? brush your teeth? eat organic food?

Protein is from milk/cheese, sounds like you should get a solid PCT sorted before venturing down that path.

    It's just a very good protein complex bro. 1 portion (40g) contains 27 g protein, 3 g carbs, 1 g fat and 2 g l-glutamine peptide. Works good for me.

    Ya has very good complex.

I don't like the use of Nitro, anabolic and catabolic elements of it though! Heard good stuff about them though. Friends who used similar stuff just seem to buzz and be very energetic with it - unlike what they were without it when we're going to the gym

Consuming protein in the form of shakes isn't natural? You're a moron.

If this is the case you cannot consume meat, nuts, fruit and dairy products to name a few as they contain protein which is clearly a bad thing in your eyes.

You see how stupid you seem saying things like that?

Wait until you find out carbohydrates and hydration, those things give you even more of a performance boost....

I can almost forgive you for being dumb, the way protein shakes are marketed you would think that they are the equivalent of steroids..
All that protein shakes are is parts of milk converted into powdered form then packaged into quantities your body can't use for protein synthesis; and then sold to you for a lot of money.
I think a lot of people like to think they're getting an edge by paying a lot of money for something that is packaged as being 'extreme' or a 'massive lean muscle gaining potent mixture' with a whole lot of pseudoscience on the label.
Drink a choc milk and take some cheap creatine monohydrate and you're getting every benefit that someone who takes the latest supplement gets.

Are you ****ing stupid? No it is not cheating; you are not taking steroids, its protein.
Personally i dont use any, they're expensive and as lefty said they just contain protein that is packaged into high quantity that your body cannot even use for protein synthesis.

this sums it up perfectly. Its actually embarraisng to tell some people you use protein shakes because of the marketing. I asked a girl if she would like a drink of my shake the other day (tasted good, just like milkshake) and she replied with, no thanks I don't want to get big. she isn't the only one who has said this to me either. Its really annoying as I think people think its a magical potion.

It is. Two weeks after I started having 2 shakes a day I woke up one morning to discover I'd gained 10lbs of pure muscle. True story.
